CARE Process

Allow cast iron  to cool completely before washing them in hot soapy water with a sponge using a regular dish washing liquid soap; it is not dishwasher-safe. The easiest way to maintain this layer of seasoning is to use your cast iron .

Seasoning Process:

Step 1: Apply a very thin, even layer of cooking oil to the dutch oven (inside and out).

Step 2: Bake in the oven upside down at 230-260 degrees ْC for one hour.

Cleaning Process:

1- Wash your cast iron by hand. If needed, use a pan scraper for stuck-on food. For stubborn, stuck-on food, simmer a little water for 3-5 minutes, then use the scraper after the pan has cooled.

2- Dry promptly and thoroughly with a lint-free cloth or paper towel.

3- Start the Seasoning Process mentioned above.
